The Ask. A customer managed website and an update to the existing logo for Nicole Rivera, the owner of Creative Solutions for All Abilities. Her previous site was over 10 years old and much of the information needed to be updated. The client wanted a modern style that was upbeat and welcoming to share her services, rates and provide information about her to update existing clients and gain new ones.
The Process. I had previously designed the logo, so it was a matter of modifying the font selection for the refreshed design. The color palette and typography was modified to mesh with the newly branded website. I had first hand knowledge of the client, but conducted a brief interview to find out Nicole's current goals to determine the hierarchy of the website.
The Result. Using mostly free stock imagery and revising the existing color palette, I created a simple informational 3 page site using wix.
Problems + Next Steps. Nicole needed the site quickly, so we weren't able to do much user testing. The next step will be doing a usability study to find out more about the user experience.
